You can use the calculator without an account. Inputs stay in your browser except for values you deliberately include in a shareable link.
Distance, consumption and amounts are processed in your browser. They are not saved to a user profile or sent to the fuel-price API. If you share a result, the link contains the values you chose (including a manual fuel price, if any), so anyone with that link can read them.
When you open the price step, your browser requests the public MIMIT reference for petrol or diesel from our API. The request contains the selected fuel type, not vehicle details or your personal costs. The API reads public data stored in D1.
Cloudflare infrastructure processes ordinary connection metadata, including your IP address. The Worker uses the IP only as a temporary rate-limit key to prevent abuse; it is not written to the application database or linked to calculator inputs.

This version does not set profiling cookies or use analytics tools. Your browser may retain technical data strictly necessary for navigation.
The database stores official average prices, their publication dates and technical synchronization logs only. Calculator inputs are not stored.
